Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced and American Board-Certified Consultant Geriatrician for a prestigious healthcare facility in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced medical technologies in a supportive and multicultural environment, ensuring exceptional care for elderly patients.

Role Summary
The Consultant Geriatrician will provide expert medical care for elderly patients, managing complex health conditions and ensuring the highest standard of treatment in a modern facility.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care to elderly patients.
* Develop individualized care plans for patients with chronic illnesses and polypharmacy concerns.
* Conduct thorough medical assessments and regular follow-ups to monitor patient health.
* Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, lifestyle changes, and care plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and continuity.
* Participate in academic, training, and clinical research initiatives to advance geriatric medicine practices.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff.
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
* Residency in internal medicine and fellowship in geriatric medicine.
* American Board certification in Geriatric Medicine (ABIM).
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in geriatric care, preferably in hospital or long-term care settings.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
