Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive care for hematology patients including those undergoing BMT and CAR T cell therapy
* Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies, stem cell collection, and transplantation

* Collaborate with oncology, transplant, and laboratory teams for integrated patient care
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and clinical audits
* Monitor patient progress and manage complications related to advanced therapies
* Contribute to clinical research, publications, and innovation in hematology
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging therapies and treatment protocols
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with specialization in Hematology
* Fellowship or advanced training in Bone Marrow Transplantation and cellular therapies
* Board-certified from a recognized authority
* 5–10 years of experience in hematology with strong exposure to BMT and CAR T therapy
* Proven ability to manage complex and high-risk cases
* Strong communication and patient management skills
* Eligible for UAE Consultant licensing
