This role focuses on providing comprehensive hematology care, managing both benign and malignant blood disorders, and supporting advanced diagnostic and treatment pathways within a tertiary care setting.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage hematologic conditions including anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukemias, lymphomas, and myeloma
Manage hemophilia, sickle cell disease, and coagulation disorders
Perform and oversee bone marrow biopsy procedures and transfusion protocols
Develop and manage chemotherapy and treatment regimens
Collaborate with oncology, pathology, and radiology teams for integrated patient care
Provide inpatient and outpatient consultative services
Participate in tumor boards, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
Contribute to academic teaching and continuing medical education programs

Ideal Profile
Board certification in Hematology
Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in a tertiary or academic hospital
Eligibility for DHA licensure
