* Medical Degree from a recognized institution with valid UAE licensure or eligibility
* Postgraduate qualification in Hematology with substantial experience in BMT and CAR T cell therapy
* Proven expertise in autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation
* Strong clinical leadership in managing complex hematologic malignancies and transplant-related complications
* Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence for patient and family engagement
