We are seeking an experienced Consultant Intensivist to join a leading medical institution in Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing expert care for critically ill patients, leading ICU operations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes in a modern, well-equipped facility.

What You’ll Do
* Manage critically ill adult patients in the ICU, including cases of multi-organ failure, severe sepsis, and respiratory distress
* Perform advanced life-support procedures such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and invasive interventions
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary ICU teams including anesthesiologists, pulmonologists, nurses, and allied healthcare staff
* Mentor and supervise junior intensivists, residents, and fellows in clinical practice and procedural skills
* Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, ethical standards, and patient safety guidelines
* Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement projects, and continuous medical education initiatives
Ideal Profile
* UK CCT in Intensive Care Medicine or equivalent qualification
* Board certification in Critical Care Medicine (FCCM, EDIC, or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years’ post-CCT experience in adult intensive care settings
* Proven expertise in advanced ICU procedures and complex critical care management
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
* Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
