Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed fertility consultations, review patient history, assess reproductive health concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Perform IVF-related procedures, including egg retrieval, sperm preparation coordination, embryo transfer, and other fertility treatment interventions.
* Monitor patients throughout fertility treatment cycles, including medication protocols, ovarian stimulation response, ultrasound evaluations, and follow-up reviews.
* Interpret diagnostic tests, hormonal profiles, imaging findings, semen analysis results, and fertility investigations to guide evidence-based recommendations.
* Provide advanced reproductive medicine care using techniques such as ICSI, embryo biopsy support, and other assisted reproductive technology procedures.
* Collaborate with obstetricians, embryologists, geneticists, psychologists, nurses, and fertility coordinators to deliver holistic patient care.
* Educate patients and couples on fertility options, IVF procedures, treatment risks, success factors, timelines, and expected outcomes.
* Stay updated with developments in reproductive endocrinology, infertility management, IVF technology, embryo science, and international fertility care practices.
* Provide guidance and training to nurses, embryologists, junior doctors, and fertility center staff involved in patient treatment pathways.
* Maintain accurate documentation, consent records, cycle monitoring notes, procedure details, treatment plans, and follow-up reports.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical fertility standards, patient confidentiality requirements, and clinic protocols.
* Participate in research, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service development within reproductive medicine.
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree such as MD, MBBS, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
* Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
* Minimum 5 years of experience performing IVF and advanced reproductive medicine procedures.
* Strong procedural expertise in IVF, ICSI, embryo transfer, egg retrieval, embryo biopsy support, and assisted reproductive technologies.
* Proven ability to manage fertility patients in a fast-paced, high-volume fertility center.
* Strong understanding of reproductive endocrinology, infertility diagnosis, ovarian stimulation, fertility preservation, and treatment cycle monitoring.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to supporting couples through sensitive fertility journeys.
* Ability to work efficiently with multidisciplinary fertility teams, including embryology, genetics, psychology, obstetrics, and nursing.
* Eligibility for regional healthcare licensing is preferred.
