Role Context
This role focuses on providing comprehensive fertility care, performing advanced assisted reproductive procedures, and contributing to the growth of reproductive medicine services in a high-volume clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed patient consultations and develop individualized fertility treatment plans
Perform IVF procedures including egg retrieval, sperm preparation, and embryo transfer
Monitor treatment cycles using ultrasound and hormonal assessments
Interpret diagnostic tests and provide evidence-based clinical recommendations
Collaborate with obstetricians, embryologists, geneticists, and multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients on fertility options, procedures, risks, and outcomes
Stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine and ART technologies
Train and supervise nurses, embryologists, and junior medical staff
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
Participate in research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Ideal Profile
Medical degree with board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
Minimum 5 years of experience in IVF and advanced reproductive procedures
Eligibility for DHA Consultant licensure
Proficiency in ICSI, embryo biopsy, and advanced ART techniques
Strong communication and patient counseling skills
Ability to work in high-volume fertility centers
