Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed initial fertility consultations, review medical histories, assess reproductive risk factors, and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Perform IVF procedures including egg retrieval, sperm preparation coordination, embryo transfer, and related assisted reproductive interventions with precision and patient safety focus.
* Monitor patients throughout fertility treatment cycles, including medication protocols, ovarian stimulation response, ultrasound evaluations, and treatment adjustment.
* Interpret diagnostic investigations such as hormonal profiles, ultrasound findings, semen analysis, ovarian reserve testing, and other fertility-related assessments.
* Provide evidence-based recommendations for infertility management, reproductive endocrinology concerns, assisted conception options, and long-term treatment planning.
* Manage advanced reproductive procedures including ICSI, embryo biopsy coordination, and other assisted reproductive technology techniques within approved clinical scope.
* Collaborate with obstetricians, embryologists, geneticists, psychologists, nurses, counselors, and multidisciplinary fertility center teams.
* Educate patients and couples about fertility options, IVF steps, medication use, procedure risks, expected outcomes, emotional considerations, and follow-up requirements.
* Support patient-centered communication during sensitive fertility discussions while maintaining confidentiality, empathy, and cultural awareness.
* Stay updated with developments in reproductive medicine, IVF laboratory coordination, assisted reproductive technologies, and fertility treatment standards.
* Provide guidance and training to nurses, embryologists, junior physicians, and clinical support staff involved in reproductive medicine care.
