What You’ll Do
* Perform advanced laparoscopic urological surgeries with precision and adherence to global best practices.
* Diagnose and manage urological conditions, including kidney stones, prostate issues, urinary tract infections, and other complex disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
* Keep abreast of developments in urology and introduce innovative surgical techniques and technologies.
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
* Mentor junior medical professionals and contribute to their training and development.
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with UK CCT qualification in Urology.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Consultant Laparoscopic Urologist in a reputed healthcare facility.
* Proven expertise in laparoscopic surgery with exceptional technical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
* Proficient in medical technology and patient management systems.
* Western-trained education or equivalent highly preferred.
