- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons radiologists and palliative care specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress adjust treatment protocols as needed and manage potential side effects.
- Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families throughout their cancer journey.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to the development of innovative oncology treatment protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in cancer treatment technologies and methodologies.
- Educate and mentor junior doctors and medical staff in best practices for medical oncology.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Board certification in Medical Oncology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology treatment and patient management.
- Strong expertise in modern cancer therapies including precision medicine and immunotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients families and medical teams.
