What You’ll Do
* Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for newborns.
* Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of neonatal medical conditions, including respiratory complications, infections, and congenital disorders.
* Prescribe medications and monitor newborn growth and development, offering expert guidance to parents.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute effective treatment plans.
* Provide training and mentorship to junior medical staff, contributing to professional development within the team.
* Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Neonatology.
* Western board certification (UK, US, Canada) or equivalent qualification is essential.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Neonatology Consultant in a recognized healthcare facility.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
