Key Responsibilities.
* Engage customers across showrooms and pop-up locations, creating a seamless and premium retail experience
* Explain electric vehicle technology, features, and ownership benefits in a clear and engaging way
* Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to support confident purchase decisions
* Build and manage customer pipelines using CRM tools with accurate tracking and follow-ups
* Drive sales performance through proactive engagement and relationship-focused selling
* Maintain showroom presentation and ensure all displays reflect brand standards
* Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to enhance the overall customer journey
* Support events, activations, and vehicle deliveries to strengthen brand loyalty
Ideal Profile.
* At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer experience, or hospitality roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
* Confident in presenting high-value products and handling customer interactions
* Interest in electric vehicles, sustainability, and automotive innovation
* Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Valid UAE driving license required
* Motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
