* Perform intricate brain and spinal surgeries using cutting-edge technology and protocols.
* Supervise pre- and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and successful recovery.
* Lead multidisciplinary team discussions for integrated patient care.
* Mentor medical residents and participate in advanced training programs.
* Engage in research and publish findings to advance neurosurgical knowledge globally.
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with UK CCT in Neurosurgery or equivalent Western qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years as a Consultant Neurosurgeon in a recognized healthcare facility.
* Mastery of cranial and spinal surgical techniques with proven success in complex cases.
* Strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
* Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
