What You’ll Do
* Provide specialist consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with neurosurgical and cranial disorders
* Perform advanced surgical interventions, including brain and spinal surgeries, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in line with current clinical guidelines
* Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring a seamless patient experience
* Collaborate with consultants, specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
* Lead and contribute to research, scholarly publications, and innovation in neurosurgical practice
* Mentor residents, fellows, and medical students in clinical training programs
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from a recognized institution with specialization in neurosurgery
* Completed specialty training in neurosurgery/cranial in the UK with a valid CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training)
* At least 5 years’ experience as a Consultant Neurosurgeon in a reputable institution
* Proficiency in advanced neurosurgical procedures and cranial interventions
* Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
* Knowledge of the latest neurosurgical advancements, techniques, and technologies
