Consultant OB/GYN - Women’s Health in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a senior Hospital and Health Care opportunity for an American Board Certified obstetrics and gynecology specialist with strong experience in women’s health, maternity care, gynecological procedures, and patient-centered clinical practice. The role is suited for a consultant-level physician who can manage routine and complex OB/GYN cases while supporting a modern healthcare organization with high standards of diagnosis, treatment, safety, and patient communication.
This position focuses on delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care for women across different life stages. The selected doctor will support antenatal and postnatal care, perform deliveries and gynecological procedures, advise patients on reproductive health, and work closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure coordinated and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care for women of all ages in a professional healthcare setting
* Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, endometriosis, reproductive health concerns, and related women’s health issues
* Conduct prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal consultations, including patient counseling, ultrasound review, and pregnancy monitoring
* Perform normal deliveries, Caesarean sections, and gynecological procedures according to clinical need and approved medical standards
* Guide patients on contraception, fertility options, preventive care, screening, reproductive wellness, and long-term women’s health planning
* Work with multidisciplinary teams to support safe maternity care, surgical planning, referrals, and continuity of treatment
* Maintain accurate clinical records and follow DHA, MOH, hospital, and quality compliance requirements
* Keep clinical knowledge current with developments in obstetrics, gynecology, maternal medicine, and minimally invasive gynecological care
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced Consultant OB/GYN with American Board Certification and a strong background in both obstetrics and gynecology. The role requires confident clinical decision-making, excellent patient communication, and the ability to handle complex women’s health cases in a busy healthcare environment.
* Medical degree from an accredited institution
* American Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Minimum 7 years of Consultant-level experience in OB/GYN practice
* At least 3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC healthcare market
* Valid DHA or MOH license as Consultant OB/GYN
* Western education or western clinical training is required
* Strong experience in maternity care, gynecological diagnosis, Caesarean sections, deliveries, and patient counseling
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm, respectful, and patient-focused approach
* Ability to work effectively with nurses, physicians, technicians, and allied healthcare professionals
