Allocation Assist Middle East is supporting the recruitment of an American Board-certified Consultant - Obstetrics and Gynecology for a leading healthcare organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is focused on delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care within a modern, patient-centered medical environment.
The Consultant will manage routine and complex women\'s health conditions, provide care throughout pregnancy and childbirth, perform deliveries and gynecological procedures, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support high standards of clinical care.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to women of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage routine and complex gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and endometriosis.
- Provide prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care.
- Conduct and review ultrasounds as part of appropriate obstetric care.
- Counsel patients throughout pregnancy and following childbirth.
- Perform normal deliveries and Caesarean sections.
- Carry out gynecological procedures as clinically required.
- Educate patients about reproductive health, contraception, and fertility options.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain current knowledge of developments and advances in obstetrics and gynecology.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- American Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Minimum 7 years of Consultant-level experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the UAE or GCC region.
- Valid DHA or MOH license as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Western education or training is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-centered approach to clinical care.
