Key Responsibilities
* Perform a full range of eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal surgeries including complex reconstructive procedures
* Manage trauma cases, periocular tumors, and post-oncologic reconstruction
* Deliver aesthetic oculoplastic treatments including blepharoplasty, injectables, and minimally invasive procedures
* Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, and maxillofacial teams for comprehensive patient care
* Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and departmental initiatives
* Stay updated with advancements in oculoplastic surgery and aesthetic techniques
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from a recognized institution
* Tier 1 certification such as American Board, UK CCT, Canadian or Australian fellowship
* Fellowship training in Oculoplastic Surgery
* Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience
* Strong expertise in reconstructive and cosmetic periocular procedures
* Eligibility for DOH or UAE consultant licensure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to high standards of patient care
