Key Responsibilities
Manage benign and malignant breast conditions including clinical assessment and surgical planning
Perform advanced oncoplastic breast surgery including therapeutic mammoplasty and reconstruction
Provide implant-based and autologous reconstruction procedures
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with oncology, radiology, pathology, and plastic surgery
Lead outpatient clinics, perioperative care, and long-term follow-up
Ensure clinical governance, audits, and adherence to international standards
Deliver patient-centered and culturally sensitive care
Mentor junior doctors, nurses, and allied health staff
Participate in research, innovation, and service development initiatives

Ideal Profile
Medical degree with board certification in Breast Surgery, General Surgery, or Oncoplastic Surgery
Fellowship training in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery
Minimum 7-10 years of post-board experience in breast oncology and reconstruction
Eligibility for DHA Consultant licensure
Proven expertise in advanced oncoplastic and reconstructive techniques
Experience in accredited breast units with strong multidisciplinary involvement
Excellent communication and leadership skills
