Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant or Specialist Robotic Urologist for a leading healthcare opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position focuses on advanced urological care, with particular emphasis on robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgery for complex oncological, reconstructive, and benign urological conditions.
This opportunity is specifically for candidates holding recognized Western qualifications who have not previously worked in the GCC. The successful physician will combine advanced robotic surgical expertise with comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and operative urological care.

- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions.
- Perform robotic-assisted urological procedures.
- Perform minimally invasive and laparoscopic urological surgery.
- Manage complex urological oncology cases.
- Provide surgical management for reconstructive and benign urological conditions.
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and surgical care.
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate surgical or clinical management based on individual needs.
- Apply evidence-based practices throughout diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and follow-up.
Multidisciplinary and Clinical Practice
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to clinical governance activities.

Qualifications and Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Western Board Certification, CCT, or Fellowship from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or Western Europe.
- Fellowship or advanced training in Robotic Urology.
- Eligibility for DHA Consultant or Specialist licensure.
- Candidates must not have previous GCC work experience.
- Strong expertise in robotic-assisted urological surgery.
- Strong expertise in laparoscopic urological surgery.
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
