Key Responsibilities
* Deliver anesthesia care to neonates infants children and adolescents across elective and emergency procedures
* Develop patient specific anesthetic plans considering clinical history surgical complexity and risk factors
* Monitor patients throughout perioperative stages including recovery and post anesthesia care
* Support pediatric emergency response teams and critical care interventions
* Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists residents and fellows
* Participate in teaching simulation training and departmental quality initiatives
* Ensure adherence to clinical governance standards and regulatory policies
* Engage in research activities and continuous professional development
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with completed anesthesiology residency
* Fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology from a recognized institution
* Board certification from an accredited medical authority
* 2 to 5 years of post fellowship experience in pediatric anesthesia
* Eligibility for consultant level licensing in UAE
* Strong crisis management and clinical decision making skills
* Experience in high acuity surgical and critical care environments
* English proficiency required with Arabic considered an advantage
