* Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists residents and fellows

Ideal Profile

* Medical degree with completed residency in anesthesiology
* Fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology from a recognized institution
* Board certification from an accredited body
* 2 to 5 years of post fellowship experience in pediatric anesthesia
* Eligibility for consultant level licensing within UAE
* Strong clinical decision making and crisis management skills
* Ability to work in high pressure surgical and critical care environments
* English proficiency required with Arabic considered an advantage
