* Provide inpatient consultations across NICU, PICU, and pediatric departments
* Conduct outpatient clinics for long-term endocrine disease management and follow-up
* Interpret endocrine laboratory tests, hormone studies, and imaging results
* Participate in multidisciplinary clinics including diabetes, obesity, and genetics
* Contribute to clinical pathway development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

* Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment and long-term care

Ideal Profile

* Medical degree from a recognized institution
* Board certification in Pediatrics with fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology
* Minimum 8–10 years of consultant-level experience
* Eligibility for DOH or UAE consultant licensure
* Strong expertise in endocrine and metabolic disorder management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
* Fluency in English with Arabic as an advantage
