Clinical Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage pediatric endocrine and metabolic disorders.
- Treat children
and adolescents with diabetes mellitus, growth disorders, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, obesity, and pubertal abnormalities.
- Conduct comprehensive endocrine evaluations and interpret relevant hormonal and metabolic investigations.
- Develop individualized treatment strategies and provide appropriate long-term follow-up.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations for pediatric endocrine cases.
- Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment according to patient response and evolving needs.
- Educate patients and families regarding disease management, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Pediatric Diabetes Management
The consultant will contribute to pediatric diabetes services and provide specialist management using appropriate therapies and technologies, including:
- Insulin therapy
- Insulin pump therapy
- Continuous glucose monitoring systems
- Long-term diabetes monitoring
- Patient and family education
- Individualized diabetes management plans
Multidisciplinary Pediatric Care

Qualifications and Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
