The consultant will combine clinical assessment, procedure-based care, surgical decision-making, family communication, and coordinated care with pediatricians, audiologists, speech therapists, nurses, and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children with ear, nose, throat, hearing, airway, and related pediatric ENT disorders.
* Diagnose and manage conditions such as ear infections, tonsillitis, hearing loss, speech-related concerns, nasal obstruction, and recurrent ENT problems.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on age, symptoms, clinical findings, family concerns, and long-term child health needs.
* Provide expert consultation to pediatricians, emergency physicians, speech therapists, audiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals regarding pediatric ENT cases.
* Perform pediatric ENT surgical procedures when required, following approved clinical privileges and patient safety protocols.
* Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations and adjust treatment plans according to response and recovery.
* Maintain accurate medical records, clinical notes, procedure documentation, and follow-up plans in line with hospital standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to support the best possible outcomes for children and families.
* Educate parents and caregivers about diagnosis, treatment options, surgery, medication use, recovery expectations, and preventive ENT care.
* Stay updated with current pediatric ENT practices, procedures, technologies, and evidence-based treatment methods.
Ideal Profile
* Licensed physician with specialization in Pediatrics and Otolaryngology.
* Western-trained education or Western clinical experience is required.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric ENT in a reputable medical facility.
* Strong background in pediatric ENT care and management of childhood ear, nose, and throat conditions.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a pediatric hospital or specialist clinical setting.
* Strong knowledge of current pediatric ENT procedures, diagnostic methods, and treatment pathways.
* Excellent diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a child-friendly and family-centered approach.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
