Position Overview
A Consultant Pediatric ENT opportunity is available in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for an experienced physician specializing in ear, nose, throat, and airway conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents. The consultant will provide comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for congenital and acquired pediatric ENT disorders while working closely with pediatricians, audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic and clinical care for pediatric ENT patients.
- Evaluate and manage congenital and acquired ear, nose,
and throat conditions in infants, children, and adolescents.
- Perform appropriate pediatric ENT procedures and surgical interventions.
- Diagnose and manage recurrent tonsillitis, adenoid hypertrophy, otitis media, hearing disorders, nasal obstruction, and pediatric airway problems.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide appropriate post-operative follow-up.
- Manage pediatric airway emergencies and complex ENT cases.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists involved in patient care.
- Counsel and educate parents and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
- Follow applicable UAE regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and established clinical guidelines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and professional practice.
Qualifications and Requirements
- MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree.
- Recognized postgraduate qualification in ENT or Otolaryngology.
- Relevant fellowship or additional training in Pediatric ENT is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Consultant or Specialist in Pediatric ENT.
- Appropriate UAE professional license or eligibility for licensing in Dubai.
- Strong experience in pediatric ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient-centered and evidence-based clinical care.
