* Board certified in Pediatric Intensive Care or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
* Western training from the USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent
* Minimum 3–5 years post-board experience in a consultant-level PICU role
* Proven expertise in advanced pediatric critical care techniques
* Strong leadership, communication, and family-centered care philosophy
* Eligible for DHA Consultant licensure
