Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and manage pediatric oncology and hematology cases including leukemia, lymphoma and solid tumors
* Perform and supervise autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplant procedures
* Lead multidisciplinary discussions and design personalized treatment protocols
* Oversee junior doctors and fellows in oncology and transplant practices
* Ensure adherence to international healthcare standards and clinical protocols
* Engage in clinical research, trials and continuous medical education programs
* Provide guidance and counseling to patients and families regarding treatment and recovery plans
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation aligned with regulatory standards
* Participate in emergency coverage and on-call rotations when required
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with board certification in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
* Fellowship training in Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant is mandatory
* Minimum 5 years of post fellowship experience in pediatric oncology and transplant care
* Eligibility for UAE medical licensing requirements
* Strong leadership and communication capabilities in clinical settings
* Experience working in advanced tertiary care environments preferred
* Western training background considered an advantage
