Key Responsibilities
* Manage diagnosis and treatment of pediatric oncology and hematology conditions including leukemia lymphoma and solid tumors
* Perform and supervise bone marrow transplant procedures including autologous and allogeneic cases
* Lead multidisciplinary case planning and deliver tailored treatment strategies for complex conditions
* Guide and supervise junior physicians and medical teams in oncology protocols
* Ensure clinical practices align with international healthcare standards and internal policies
* Participate actively in clinical research programs and continuous medical education initiatives
* Educate patients and families on treatment pathways and post transplant care requirements
* Maintain detailed patient records ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Support emergency services and on call rotations as part of clinical responsibility
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with board certification in pediatric hematology oncology
* Fellowship training in pediatric bone marrow transplant required
* Minimum 5 years of experience post fellowship in pediatric oncology and transplant care
* Eligible for UAE medical licensing requirements
* Strong leadership and communication abilities within clinical teams
* Experience in tertiary care hospital environments preferred
* Western training background considered advantageous
