Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations for pediatric musculoskeletal conditions.
* Develop individualized treatment plans to address orthopedic disorders and injuries.
* Perform specialized surgical procedures, including fracture repair, corrective surgeries, and casting.
* Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans based on progress and outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on preventative care, rehabilitation, and post-operative instructions.
* Collaborate with pediatricians, therapists, and other specialists to ensure integrated care.
* Stay current with advancements in pediatric orthopedics and apply best practices in clinical settings.

Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from a recognized institution with completed residency in Orthopedic Surgery.
* Board-certified in Pediatric Orthopedics (or equivalent international qualification).
* At least 5 years of clinical and surgical experience in pediatric orthopedic practice.
* Strong diagnostic and surgical expertise with proficiency in advanced orthopedic procedures.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and medical colleagues.
* Ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced healthcare environment.
* Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred but not mandatory.
