Key Responsibilities
* Conduct routine pediatric check-ups to assess growth, development, general health, immunization status, and age-appropriate milestones.
* Evaluate children and adolescents to diagnose illnesses, injuries, infections, developmental concerns, and other pediatric health conditions.
* Prescribe and interpret diagnostic tests to support accurate diagnosis and guide suitable treatment decisions.
* Provide medical treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and preventive care for infants, children, and teenagers.
* Manage newborn care, childhood illness, adolescent health concerns, immunization planning, and urgent pediatric presentations.
* Coordinate patient care with specialists, nurses, allied health professionals, and family support teams when additional consultation is required.
* Communicate clearly in Arabic and English with parents and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, medication use, risks, prevention, and follow-up care.
* Support proactive health management by educating families on nutrition, vaccination, hygiene, growth monitoring, and early warning signs.
* Maintain accurate patient records, consultation notes, prescriptions, diagnostic results, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation.
* Provide a calm and reassuring clinical experience for children and families while maintaining high standards of pediatric safety and professional care.
Ideal Profile
* Board-certified Pediatrician with recognized specialty training in pediatrics.
* Minimum 5 years of post-specialty experience in pediatric medicine.
* Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of newborn care, child development, adolescent health, immunization, common childhood illnesses, and pediatric emergency response.
* Ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions in a clinical or hospital setting.
* Excellent communication skills with empathy toward children, parents, and families.
* Confident in working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating specialist referrals when needed.
* Strong professional judgment, patient-centered approach, and commitment to safe clinical outcomes.
* Experience in a multinational or multicultural healthcare environment is an advantage.
* Ability to support parents with clear guidance, reassurance, and practical health education.
