The Consultant Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Specialist role in Dubai UAE focuses on restoring patient mobility, function, and quality of life. This role involves developing personalized rehabilitation programs and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
What You’ll Do
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with physical impairments, injuries, and disabilities
* Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
* Apply therapeutic techniques including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and assistive devices
* Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other specialists
* Educate patients and families on injury prevention and long-term wellness strategies
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from an accredited institution
* Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital or rehabilitation center setting
* Strong knowledge of modern rehabilitation techniques and best practices
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
