Role Context
This role focuses on providing comprehensive rehabilitation services through multidisciplinary collaboration, utilizing modern techniques and evidence-based practices to optimize patient recovery and long-term wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with physical impairments and disabilities
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
Utilize therapies including exercise, manual therapy, and assistive technologies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists and psychologists
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation, prevention, and long-term care strategies
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to healthcare standards
Ideal Profile
Medical degree with specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Board certification in PM&R
Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience
Eligibility for DHA Consultant licensure
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
