What You’ll Do
* Provide advanced medical care and management for critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
* Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with precision and professionalism.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
* Lead and supervise junior medical staff, offering training and guidance to maintain high standards of care.
* Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as necessary for optimal outcomes.
* Participate in continuous education and training initiatives for healthcare professionals and students.
* Ensure compliance with ethical practices, hospital protocols, and regulatory standards at all times.
Ideal Profile
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
* Board certification in Pediatric Intensive Care or an equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in PICU, preferably in a leading hospital setting.
* Proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach to team-based care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Must have received Western education or training.
