Role Summary
Consultant Plastic Surgeon is responsible for delivering comprehensive reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care in Doha, Qatar. The role involves managing complex surgical cases, enhancing patient outcomes, and contributing to clinical excellence within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures including face, breast, and body contouring
* Conduct detailed patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee post-operative care
* Ensure high standards of surgical safety, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes
* Collaborate with dermatology, ENT, maxillofacial, and other specialties for integrated care
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory and accreditation standards
* Participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
* Support service development and innovation within the plastic surgery department

Candidate Requirements

* Medical degree with board certification in Plastic Surgery or equivalent
* 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable hospital or surgical center
* Proven expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures
* Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency preferred
* Eligibility for licensing with Qatar Ministry of Public Health
* Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care approach
