Key Responsibilities
* Perform reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures in line with accepted clinical standards, patient safety requirements, and surgical best practices.
* Conduct detailed consultations to assess patient needs, medical history, anatomical considerations, treatment goals, and suitability for surgical intervention.
* Provide preoperative planning, risk assessment, informed consent discussions, and individualized surgical recommendations.
* Deliver postoperative care that supports recovery, wound healing, pain control, complication prevention, and patient satisfaction.
* Manage a range of plastic surgery cases including reconstructive procedures, aesthetic surgery, corrective interventions, scar revision, and soft tissue-related surgical concerns.
* Collaborate with other physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, operating room teams, and allied healthcare professionals to create complete treatment plans.
* Educate patients on procedure options, realistic outcomes, recovery timelines, potential risks, aftercare instructions, and long-term maintenance.
