Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive reconstructive, plastic, and aesthetic surgical services aligned with international clinical standards and Dubai healthcare expectations.
* Perform complex reconstructive procedures, including trauma reconstruction, microsurgery, burns reconstruction, post-oncologic restoration, and functional correction surgeries.
* Provide a full range of aesthetic procedures covering face, breast, body contouring, and suitable non-surgical interventions.
* Conduct detailed pre-operative assessments, review patient goals, evaluate risks, and develop safe individualized surgical plans.
* Provide careful post-operative follow-up, wound care guidance, complication monitoring, recovery support, and long-term outcome review.
* Ensure evidence-based practice with strict adherence to DHA regulations, patient safety standards, consent requirements, and clinical governance frameworks.
* Manage high-acuity and multidisciplinary cases in collaboration with oncology, orthopedics, ENT, dermatology, critical care, anesthesia, and nursing teams.
* Communicate clearly in Arabic and English with patients and families, explaining procedures, risks, recovery expectations, and treatment options.
* Maintain high standards of patient counseling, confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence.
* Document consultations, surgical plans, operative notes, consent forms, treatment records, and follow-up reports accurately.
* Support a premium patient experience through ethical practice, clinical precision, cultural awareness, and strong communication.
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree such as MD, MBBS, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
* Board certification or fellowship in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
* Valid DHA Consultant license or eligibility for Consultant registration.
* Minimum 5-7 years of post-specialization experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
* Proven expertise in complex reconstructive surgery, aesthetic surgery, microsurgery, burns reconstruction, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
* Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
* English communication skills are preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, high-performance healthcare environment.
