Key Responsibilities
* Perform reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures across a wide range of cases
* Manage trauma reconstruction burns treatment and hand surgery interventions
* Conduct outpatient consultations pre operative evaluations and post operative follow ups
* Develop individualized surgical plans aligned with patient needs and clinical best practices
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery
* Maintain high standards of clinical documentation patient safety and quality assurance
* Participate in on call rotations and emergency surgical coverage
* Contribute to clinical governance audits and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support training mentoring and supervision of junior medical staff
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with board certification in plastic and reconstructive surgery
* Minimum 5 to 7 years of post consultant experience preferred
* Fluency in Arabic required
* Eligibility for UAE consultant level medical licensing
* Strong expertise in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills in clinical settings
* Ability to manage complex surgical cases with precision and care
