Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Reproductive Medicine Specialist for a leading fertility and women\'s health opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive reproductive and fertility care, with a strong focus on infertility evaluation, assisted reproductive technologies, and individualized fertility treatment.
The role requires extensive clinical expertise in fertility assessment, IVF, ICSI, ovarian stimulation, ultrasound-guided fertility management, and other assisted reproductive treatments. The Consultant will work closely with a multidisciplinary fertility team while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care throughout the reproductive treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive consultation and management for female and male infertility.
* Perform fertility assessments, including detailed reproductive history, clinical examination, hormonal evaluation, and relevant investigations.
* Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on patient needs and reproductive goals.
* Manage ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), IVF, and ICSI treatment pathways.
* Perform and interpret transvaginal ultrasound and follicular monitoring.
* Manage patients undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation and monitor treatment response.
* Counsel patients regarding fertility preservation, egg freezing, embryo freezing, and available reproductive options.
* Manage recurrent implantation failure, recurrent pregnancy loss, and other complex reproductive conditions.
* Collaborate with embryologists, geneticists, gynecologists, and other multidisciplinary fertility specialists.
* Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care.
* Maintain current knowledge of developments in assisted reproductive technology and reproductive medicine.
Qualifications and Requirements
* MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree.
* Recognized Specialist or Consultant qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Reproductive Medicine, or an appropriate combination of these specialties.
* Fellowship or advanced training in Reproductive Medicine or Infertility is highly desirable.
* Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility, or eligibility to obtain the appropriate license.
* Significant post-specialization experience in reproductive medicine and fertility care.
* Strong clinical experience in IVF, ICSI, fertility assessment, ovarian stimulation, and ultrasound-guided fertility management.
* Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary fertility team.
