* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and condition severity.
* Conduct retinal surgeries with precision and maintain the highest safety standards.
* Monitor post-operative recovery and ensure optimal patient outcomes through effective follow-up care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive treatment planning and delivery.
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in vitreo-retinal surgery and integrate innovative techniques into practice.
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Ophthalmology.
* Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery is mandatory.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Retina Surgeon in a reputable healthcare facility.
* Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
* Strong surgical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex cases.
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
