Role Summary
The Consultant Urologist is responsible for diagnosing and managing complex urological conditions in Dubai UAE while performing advanced surgical procedures. This Consultant Urologist role plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care through innovation, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and treat urological conditions including kidney stones, prostate disorders, and urinary tract cancers
* Perform advanced surgical procedures including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgeries
* Manage reproductive system disorders and complex urology cases
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Stay updated with the latest urological techniques and medical advancements
* Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle improvements
* Ensure compliance with medical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
* Provide post-operative care and manage patient follow-ups
Candidate Requirements
* Medical degree MBBS or equivalent qualification
* Board certification in Urology with Western training
* Minimum 5 years of post-training experience in a recognized hospital or clinic
* Experience in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted urological surgeries
* Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations is an advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
