This position is designed for a DHA licensed or DHA eligible ENT specialist who can work across multiple outpatient clinic locations, manage both routine and complex cases, and contribute to safe, ethical, and patient-focused specialist care.

Role Context
The ENT Specialist Surgeon - Clinic Care will strengthen specialist outpatient services by delivering accurate clinical assessments, evidence-based treatment, clear patient guidance, and coordinated care pathways. The role supports better access to specialist ENT services across Dubai while helping the clinic network maintain high standards in patient safety, service quality, documentation, and long-term care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist ENT consultations for patients with acute, chronic, and recurring ear, nose, throat, sinus, voice, hearing, and related conditions.
* Assess patients in an outpatient clinic environment and create practical treatment plans based on clinical findings, diagnostic results, and patient needs.
* Diagnose and manage routine and complex ENT cases using evidence-based medical standards and approved clinical protocols.
* Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging results, audiology reports, and other diagnostic investigations required for ENT care.
* Prescribe suitable medications, therapies, procedures, and follow-up plans while ensuring safe and ethical medical practice.
* Perform minor ENT procedures in an outpatient setting when appropriate and within the approved clinical scope.
* Provide independent specialist opinions and support patients with clear explanations about diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care.
* Work closely with general practitioners, nurses, allied health professionals, and other specialists to support smooth referral pathways.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records for consultations, procedures, prescriptions, referrals, and follow-up care.
* Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, service development initiatives, and departmental knowledge sharing.
* Support mentoring and medical education within the clinical team when required.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should be a confident ENT specialist with strong outpatient experience, proven clinical judgment, and the ability to manage diverse patient needs across multiple Dubai clinic locations. The role requires a patient-focused approach, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
* MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
* Recognized ENT specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH.
* DHA License or DHA Eligibility as a Specialist ENT Surgeon.
* Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience at specialist level.
* Strong experience in OPD, ambulatory care, multi-specialty clinics, or outpatient ENT services.
* Proven competence across all major areas of ENT practice.
* Valid Basic Life Support certification is required.
* ACLS certification is an advantage.
* Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
* Arabic language skills are an advantage.
* Comfortable working across multiple HealthHub clinic locations in Dubai.
