We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Lab Technician with experience in blood banking to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in blood collection, testing, and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collection and preparation procedures following established protocols.
- Conduct blood tests and analyses to ensure accurate results.
- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and in proper working order.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the lab and during blood handling procedures.
- Assist in the management of blood inventory, including labeling, storage, and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide necessary support.
- Participate in quality control and assurance measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Keep accurate records of all laboratory activities and report any discrepancies.
- Stay updated with advancements in laboratory technology and blood bank practices.
