As a Specialist Gastroenterologist at HealthHub, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of gastrointestinal disorders. Working in a modern clinic equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to improving community health outcomes through patient-centered care.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Provide consultations, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions for a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions
- Collaborate with specialists across internal medicine, radiology, lab services, and physiotherapy
- Deliver endoscopic procedures using the latest tools and equipment
- Contribute to the design and delivery of patient care plans that focus on long-term wellbeing
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records aligned with DHA/MOH standards
- Stay updated on advancements in gastroenterology and participate in CME and medical conferences
What Skills Are Needed for a Gastroenterologist in Dubai?
Education:
- MBBS or MBChB from a recognized institution
- Completion of recognized specialty qualification in Gastroenterology (approved by DHA/HAAD/MOH)
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of specialist-level clinical experience post-certification
- Strong competence in diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterology procedures
Certifications:
- Basic and Advanced Life Support certifications
Skills:
- Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication
