Key Responsibilities

* Monitor nursing workflows and adjust staff deployment when patient volumes or clinical priorities change.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and practical guidance to nursing team members.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, competency assessment, and ongoing professional development of nursing staff.
* Conduct or contribute to nursing performance reviews and address capability or performance gaps through structured support.
* Promote collaborative working relationships between nursing staff, physicians, allied health professionals, and clinic operations.
* Ensure patients receive safe, effective, evidence-based, and compassionate nursing care.
* Oversee nursing support during physician consultations, examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures.
* Monitor medication administration practices, storage controls, documentation, and related patient safety requirements.

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
* Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
* At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership position such as Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Team Leader, Nurse Manager, or Clinic Nurse Lead.
* Previous UAE healthcare experience is required.
* Practical experience managing nursing rosters, staffing allocations, daily workflows, and clinic operations.
* BLS certification is mandatory.
* ACLS or PALS certification is desirable.
* Previous experience within an outpatient clinic, ambulatory care setting, multidisciplinary medical centre, primary care facility, family medicine practice, or specialist clinic is preferred.
* Strong understanding of DHA requirements, infection prevention, medication safety, nursing documentation, and clinical governance.
