Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile
* American Board Certified in Pediatrics
* Minimum 10 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Strong background in managing pediatric services in a hospital setting
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities
* Familiarity with regional healthcare systems is an advantage
