Al-Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Pricing to lead pricing strategy within its automotive financial services division, focusing on lending and leasing products. This senior leadership role requires expertise in financial services, banking, and automotive finance, combined with advanced skills in pricing model development, artificial intelligence, and data analytics to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.

What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement pricing strategies for lending and leasing products to ensure competitiveness and profitability
* Utilize data science tools (MS Azure, ML Studio, R, Python) and data engineering platforms (Alteryx, SQL) to enhance
efficiency and increase margins
* Design and deliver next-generation analytics and AI solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
* Apply advanced statistical and econometric models for demand forecasting, market assessment, and optimal pricing
* Implement AI and machine learning algorithms to improve pricing accuracy and automate processes
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align pricing strategies with overall business goals
* Monitor performance metrics, conduct competitor analysis, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results
* Ensure pricing compliance with regulations and industry standards
* Drive innovation through new pricing techniques, technologies, and processes to boost revenue and customer loyalty
* Produce market intelligence reports, competitive analysis, and growth projections for informed decision-making
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, or Financial Services & Banking
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in a multinational environment, including at least 5 years in analytical and AI-based pricing roles
* Strong knowledge of machine learning/AI techniques such as NLP, deep learning, and anomaly detection
* Proven track record in financial services pricing and strategy development
* Experience with programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) and platforms (TensorFlow, Spark) with knowledge of SQL and SAS
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
