* Perform life-saving procedures and support respiratory and nutritional management
* Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and specialists for coordinated neonatal care
* Educate parents on neonatal care, feeding practices, and infant development
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with healthcare standards
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols
* Supervise and train junior medical staff and support team development
* Stay updated with advancements in neonatal intensive care and apply best practices

Ideal Profile

* Medical degree with specialization in Neonatology or Pediatric Intensive Care
* Board certification in Neonatal Intensive Care or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant in NICU settings
* Western-trained background preferred
* Strong clinical expertise in neonatal critical care management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in high-pressure and multicultural healthcare environments
