Job Requirements
* Medical degree from an accredited institution
* Licensed to practice medicine in UAE or eligible for licensing
* Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
* Strong NICU experience in hospital settings
* Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
* Effective communication, especially with families in crisis
* Passionate about improving outcomes for critically ill newborns
* Willingness to work rotating shifts and remain adaptable in high-pressure environments
