Nephrologist - Kidney Care Specialist – Dubai, UAEPosition Overview
WizeJob is hiring an experienced Nephrologist to join our medical team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for a kidney care specialist looking to work in a state-of-the-art environment focused on delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes. The Nephrologist will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with a variety of kidney-related disorders using evidence-based approaches and advanced medical technologies.

What You’ll Do
Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to assess kidney function
Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood work, urinalysis, ultrasounds, and kidney biopsies
Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication, dialysis management, and lifestyle recommendations
Monitor patient progress, modify treatment strategies as needed, and manage chronic kidney disease (CKD)
Educate patients and their families on kidney disease prevention, treatment plans, and dietary changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including primary care physicians, dietitians, and dialysis technicians
Maintain comprehensive patient records with accurate documentation of diagnoses, medications, and outcomes
Stay updated on advancements in nephrology treatments and procedures through continuing medical education
Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and medical guidelines governing patient care
Ideal Profile
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Completed residency in internal medicine and fellowship in nephrology
Licensed to practice in the UAE or eligible for DHA/DOH/MOH licensure
Board-certified or board-eligible in nephrology
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in kidney disease diagnosis and treatment
Proficient in renal imaging interpretation, dialysis protocols, and CKD patient management
Excellent communication and bedside manner
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and clinical decision-making abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate with a commitment to patient well-being
