What Does a Neurologist Do?
A Neurologist is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing complex neurological disorders, ranging from migraines and epilepsy to multiple sclerosis, stroke, and neurodegenerative diseases. Your role is central in delivering tailored treatment plans to improve the quality of life for patients experiencing nervous system disorders.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations to assess brain, spinal cord, and nerve function
- Diagnose and treat conditions such as seizures, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and neuropathies
- Order and interpret advanced diagnostics including MRI, CT scans, EEGs, lumbar punctures, and blood tests

- Educate patients and their families on neurological health, treatments, and lifestyle changes

What Skills Are Needed for a Neurologist in Dubai?
Education:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Accredited specialization certificate in Neurology

Experience:
